"I have been a triple member for 17 years. The staff is friendly, but they need to work towards cross utilization. Can't believe only one person does car registration while 3 other employees are doing nothing. The one person was doing multiple types of transactions, and I think that should be applied to other staff members."
"I called to get some travel advice to Italy. The person I spoke to said she would get back to me in a few days. I never heard back. I then called and left a message only to be ignored again. I guess being a long time member doesn't mean much at least at this location. I'd steer clear of this location for travel advice."
"This review is for AAA: It has been FOUR weeks since your client crashed into my brother's car. The car was totalled, and my brother and mom suffered concussions due to the severity of the incident. There has been NO effort from the liable partied to get this resolved. The car is not drivable, has been towed to a lot, and no rental car has been provided even though my brother was found not liable. My brother has contacted the insurance MANY times with no answers from the insurance. It has gotten to the point where a lawyer had to get involved. This is unprofessional and needs to be resolved immediately!!"
