"Very rude and poor customer service. Lie to passengers about import fees they will have to pay and make passenger even throw away their lunches, just so they can avoid loading the bus. And don’t stop like other buses so customers could buy additional food/snacks. The driver is very rude and condescending when speaking to passengers. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND."
