"I began using Whitt Bros in the mid-80s and remained a regular customer. When I bought a new car in 2016, I also purchased a Vehicle Service Plan. I found out (the hard way) that it wasn't for me. Visits to the dealer always resulted in "recommendations" calling for expensive work I didn't need. Now that that's over, I came back to WB for routine maintenance. I got right in, the work was completed in 2 hours, and it exceeded my expectations. Among other things, I asked for a 4-wheel alignment (as was noted on several of the dealer's Service Letters). Didn't need one. Saved a few hundred $$. With that said, WB found my battery to be on its last leg and they replaced it without being asked. Thanks guys...another job well done!!"
