"If I could give 0 stars I would! We purchased health insurance through this company in 2017. We are now being audited by the IRS and found out it did not meet the ACA requirement! My husband was laid off, so we were buying private insurance and trying to keep from paying penalties, all to find out we would have been better off without insurance!!! Apparently it was in the fine print of the policy, but never disclosed during any conversations during the sales process. This to me is a very shady and deceptive practice on the part of US Health Advisors. Now 3 years later, we have to pay thousands of dollars in penalties for not having required insurance! This practice of hiding that information in all the fine print is shady and deceptive!! The agent that worked with us was nice and helpful in finding medications for cheaper, but none of that matters now that we will be out about $7500!!!"

"This is an Amazing company. They really help people get better plans and coverage as well as educate people on how health care systems work. It's important to stay in touch with your agent to make sure you don't get overcharged by providers and for prescriptions!"

"This is the worst Insurance policy I have EVER had. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS INSURANCE. I was clearly misled on the coverage and the discounts provided with this plan. I am a single self-employed mom raising 2 girls, one is a Div I athlete, and my needs were very detailed in my inititial conversation for the type of policy I needed. I was convinced to take this policy instead of a policy in the marketplace. AND I was never informed that this policy did not qualify for tax credit. SUPER DISAPPOINTED, FRUSTRATED, AND NOW IN DEBT WITH UNEXPECTED, EXUBERANT MEDICAL BILLS."

"Covers almost nothing.Paid in close to $6000 so far. They only paid about $250 to all doctors and denied about $1,000.00, making to date about $5750.00 in clear profit. Even if they had paid the claims, they still would have profited about $4750. They try to interpret everything as surgery so they can deny coverage. Also pays no preventative at all. Guess they want everyone to get sick. This is clearly a profit-oriented organization designed almost exclusively for its shareholders' interests."
