"RUDE and unprofessional. We bought shoes online, they did not fit, went to make an exchange. When we got the right size, we were rudely told to pay $0.24 for $50+ shoes. Throughout the process the female behind the counter was just so rude, my daughter said when we left, she was glad I didn't escalate the situation and that karma would get her. I had to laugh - this from a child! When I stated I have not change on me... in disbelief, and then asked why - she said, in a very rude tone, "What, you don't want to pay the twenty-four cents?" I love the sales and we've been buying shoes from this branch for 10+ years. This person was the rudest employee we have ever encountered at this story and I hope she learns what it means to work in the service sector."

"Got the shoes I wanted that I couldn't find in Wisconsin Asics Series 7 the new series 8 i do not like them at all put 6 to10 miles on shoes already in few days and feet not killing me at all like the old pair of shoes that for some reason just weren't that great thanks again for the great service clean place and friendly staff was a great buying experience for shoes recommended to everyone who needs shoes and were reasonably priced and not breaking the bank to buy a pair of shoes!"

I've worked in customer care positions most of my life and he hit all the marks for professionalism. He made a "Famous fan" out of what might have been a bad experience"
