"I definitely expected better from an heb employee. A long hair dark skin man was extremely rude at the drive thru. Kept repeating “good luck” multiple times after giving my order. Disgusting service. I wouldn’t come here again or recommend."

"They have managed to get my prescription wrong every. Single. Time. It doesn’t matter how many times they put notes in the system, or update my account. It’s never filled correctly or billed correctly. Even when I call to confirm the quantity before driving over there. It’s WRONG. I shouldn’t have to fill my script a full week prior because they mess it up."

"Need more help in pharmacy. Don't care if it is automatically answered and requested. I spent 25 minutes on hold to have my prescriptions delivered. If you can setup auto delivery or something else, that would be great. I can't blame the pharmacy employees, they need HELP!"

"This has to be the worst pharmacy in town. I've been trying to get my meds for a couple weeks now but every time I come over, whether morning, noon, or night, the line of cars is up to 10 deep outside and the line of people 15 deep inside. What happened to this location? They need to clean house and hire people who know what they're doing. I once sat in the drive through for about 20 minutes watching absolutely no one get serviced. Cars stacked in each lane, no one moving. Everyone finally started backing out and leaving. Were the employees on a smoke break? Just not feeling it that day? Or so poorly managed and understaffed that a single person was trying to do everything but couldn't keep up? What's worse, watching them look for customers' prescriptions is just painful. Standing in line inside I watched as, one after the other, they would get a customer's name, then go rifling through EVERY SINGLE FILING CABINET looking for that person. So either the employees don't know the alphabet or they do such a bad job filing that nothing is where it should be. Maybe they don't file at all and just toss everything in wherever there's room. Whatever the case, DO NOT come here for vital medication. (Incidentally, I wrote this entire review while sitting in line and only one car went through. I'm switching locations for my next order. This is ridiculous.) Update: I finally got out of the drive-through. It took one hour. When I got in line there were only two cars ahead of me. Two cars."
