"Horrible experience. Got there at 1:30 said it would be 30-60 mins waited 60 mins since we did not receive a text. Went and asked if it was ready said not until 3:00. at 3pm went back and asked and said 3:30. This is a joke this is peoples time that you are wasting. I had to get out from work to come get my prescription if I would of known it would take this long I would of just went back to work I get it being busy but be respectful of people time and if you think it’s gonna be longer say that from the beginning. I would of had no problem leaving to work and coming back once I was out but because they said in 30 mins to an hour I waited. There was another man with the same problem they kept telling him same thing 30 more mins. As soon as I said I wanted to make a complaint they had my prescription ready in 5 mins. Woww see how you can do it and get it done?"

"One since zero stars isn't a thing... Slow af. Always says it'll be an hour but nope. Literally days most of the time. Rude customer service from 90 percent of the workers. Literally the gentleman that work here are the only polite ones. Everytime my scripts are supposed to be done I get in the pickup line... But NOPE. Sorry you gotta go wait in the drop off line cause magically there's an issue EVERY DAMN TIME. and I have 2 kids so I've been here a lot. Yeah I could go to another pharmacy, but this is the only one my insurance lets us use yay. Nope."
