"Today 01-08-2024. 7 pm. I was driving by one hour to be on time in my appointment . A rude lady in farmacy said that they do not have vaccinations .She said : go to another Walgreens to see if they have...???and why make appointments??? Why this can employees are attending the public. ??"

"*Update* I made the mistake of going here again. That's on me. I received a phone call that my prescription was ready. I went to pick it up 6 hours later. After waiting in line literally for an hour I was told it was not ready and asked if I could come back later. DO NOT go to this pharmacy, I suggest the HEB pharmacy across the street. *Update* The website says that appointments are not required and walk-ins are welcome. That's not true. An appointment is required and you cannot make one while you are there."

"Won’t prep your medication if insurance didn’t cover or care to call to inform you and will wait for you to show up to give you the run arounds while you wait with a sick child. All this just to tell you it won’t be ready til tomorrow and then tell you 5 minutes later that they don’t even have the meds there. Time after time this walgreens has been a royal mess. DO CVS INSTEAD!!"

"After going too 2 CVS stores and a neighbor hood Walmart Amy at Walgreens was able to find me exactly what I needed. As a single dad it was really hard to find my 10 month year old son some relief medication as that was mom's department. I would highly recommend a raise for her. As a small business owner myself it's really hard to find not only employees, but one that truly can help a customer in need , and actual cared about my 10 month old runny nose. I will only come to this store for all my needs now. She is a diamond in the rough. Thanks Amy!"

"If you are in dire need… do not bother going here. I am 24 hours post operation and still waiting for my pain meds. They keep saying they need to call my doctor, I called 6 hours later and they still haven’t called my doctor. It’s after hours and now I will have to wait ANOTHER FULL DAY when I am in severe pain after abdominal surgery. They do not care about you and frankly, they are uneducated and unhelpful. I have called them 10 times today starting at 10 am. Walgreens needs to hold these people accountable. Do your job."
