"Easily some of the rudest and slow pharmacists I’ve ever had to deal with. You’ll wait 15 minutes if there is no one in line, they’ll close the window in front of you when it's two minutes BEFORE the lunch time. They won't contact you to let you know the order failed. Hire more people, and train them right please."

"Had an appointment that I had made online to get the Covid. Flu and RSV vaccinations. I waited and waited and waited! What good was it for me to make an appt. Then finally was told they didn’t have Rsv vaccine. Why did their system allow me to make an appt for the Rsv! Horrible!"

"The WORST customer service ever! I WILL be transferring my prescription to CVS. Pulled up to drive through window. And, waited 10min before someone acknowledge or help me. I watch them talk instead of helping the customers. I had paid online, so all I had to do is pickup and go. But, end up taking 25 min for the whole process. This is RIDICULOUS."

"This is the slowest drive through. I’ve had to sit in line 20 minutes behind ONE person and can’t move because cars are behind me. At what point do you ask the person to drive around or come inside? Let’s not forget how I’ve previously said the staff is extremely rude and impersonal, including the pharmacist."

"I think this may be the worst pharmacy in the US. I have never been here and had a wait time of under 30 minutes, even when I am the only car here. Yesterday, we called to ensure a refill was ready. The pharmacy tech answered at 5:55 (they close at 6) and literally hung up on us mid-sentence as the clock turned to 6. Now, a day later, I am here waiting for the refill—it has been 45 minutes (3 cars ahead of me). There is literally not anyone else in the pharmacy waiting area. If this was a one off, I would not complain, but this is literally how every trip is. AND the pharmacists are rude about it. I do not understand how it is possible for a pharmacy to be this bad. I would switch, except my insurance won’t cover anywhere nearby with a drive through. I desperately miss the days my insurance covered CVS."
