"I echo the thoughts of nearly everyone that had left a review about their encounter with Ryan. He was, without a doubt, the absolute best pharmacist I had ever come across. I did not go to the pharmacy often yet he still remembered me (and my name) nearly a year after a single visit. It really left an impression on me and I knew that he was someone that would take care of his patients as more than just a number in line. I convinced my family to switch to CVS and they loved him as well. Any time I picked up prescriptions for my parents, he took a moment to ask how they are, educated me about their medication, and sent me on my way with sincere well wishes for them. It really amazed me how incredibly well he balanced the ability to be so personal with his patients yet so efficient. I never had a long wait when Ryan was working. I was crushed when my insurance announced they were out of network with CVS this year and even more so when I heard that he was no longer working there. So this review is painfully late, but I really just wanted to leave some compliments here. If there is a chance that he reads these … Ryan, thank you again and again for taking incredible care of my family and I. You will be missed. All the best."

"Ryan & his team are truly the best among every CVS/Walgreens, etc across America. Zero competition! He is very thorough on every prescription: provides details that most pharmacists avoid to tell you. I travel for a living (mainly out of state), so he goes above & beyond to help me avoid missing a refill: even takes my calls on a monthly basis to update me on refill status, so I can plan travel accordingly. He & his team are extremely professional while accommodating & easy to work with. He fights for his customers, knows me by name, and makes me feel welcome every visit. I drive out of my way to this store because of the care I receive, and I truly hope he & CVS understands how amazing he & his team are. Highly recommended!!"

"Ryan, helped today, I was so thankful. My doctor’s office forgot to send the prescription and he took the time to call the Dr. on her cell, and make sure I did not go home without my prescription. Also, since my insurance did not cover at this pharmacy, he looked for a coupon, so that I could get all my meds there. He explain in detail side effects of both prescriptions. It is very refreshing to still know that customer service is not dead and that they are people like Ryan, which is rare now days."
