"They “lose” your prescription. You will have to call your Dr’s office to resend it. Repeatedly. Every Month. Do not refill online, you will never get it. Try by phone. They have “lost” my prescriptions repeatedly. And they lost my daughters seemingly intentionally because of religious beliefs. Somehow it just never got filled. “Oh the Dr never called it in.” Yes she did. “Oh we don’t seem to have it.“ Yes you do. When both parents and the Dr. are saying the same thing—It’s on you. When we show up after a month of runaround—It’s on you."

"I absolutely love the pharmacy at the Neighborhood Walmart on Will Clayton. They are fast, friendly, and always go above and beyond. They give you that small town pharmacy feel in a big city location. I can not say enough good about them...never had a bad experience."

"ALWAYS AWFUL!! I've tried filling at this location several times because my prescriptions are much cheaper at a Walmart pharmacy than the chain pharmacies. Every single time I have called to see if they have any in stock; they have rushed me off of the phone, speed-talked over me seemingly annoyed, and says they're "out of stock right now but to bring in the prescription and they may have some because their stock varies hour-to-hour." According to them, an oval shape is the same as oblong.. It's ridiculous!! I've tried at least 5 times and they have yet to fill one single prescription. I've been given so many bizarre excuses for being "out of stock.." do they honestly think we're idiots? They have the worst customer service I have EVER experienced!! I'm disgusted!"
