"I had the absolute worst Customer Service experience at the pharmacy. I normally frequent cvs in Kingwood, ive been using them for over 6 years, as they are so nice there and always service all of our medicine needs. Unfortunately they forgot my medicine syringes so I stop by this CVS and I walk in, and ask the tech assistant at the front, for 2 5ML syringes as my other cvs forgot to dispense them. She hands me 2 syringes, i thank her and walk away. As i get to the exit door i immediately realize, she handed me 2 10 ML syringes, so i go back, she is in the process of closing the gates sees me walk up and proceeds to close them. I say, heeey you handed me the wrong ones, i need 2 5ML, with an attitude she says THOSE HOLD 5ML! I said yes, but I dont need 10 ML i need the 5 as I am dispensing 1ML medication. She then tells me shes OFF THE CLOCK AND I HAVE TO COME BACK! I laugh, because I clearly think shes joking, I say are you serious? But you handed me the wrong ones, and I have to come back?!!? She again tells me shes off the clock and cant help me. Literally the worst customer service, you hand someone an incorrect item and they are the ones at fault because you are off the clock. Could have literally walked steps away to assist and fix the error she made WHEN ON THE CLOCK! She then proceeds to tell me, i need to stop yelling at her. Lady what? I was far from yelling, I was so confused as to why someone would not fix their wrong. If I wasnt already on a 40 min hold with CVS specialty fixing another WRONG order, I would have asked to speak to management on duty as this was so unprofessional, and honestly unnecessary, not once did she even apologize for giving me the wrong syringes!"

"The notices are right on time and if I request for it sooner, it's always available for me. The staff at the drive thru are very nice and always provided information about my medicine."

"I came to pick up a prescription. I went through drive through, sat for 10 min because window says they are closed from 1:30-2pm for lunch. I wait until 2:15pm the doors do not open. I came inside and a lady was a the door stating the pharmacy is closed for 4th of July. NO SIGN ON WINDOWS THAT THEY WERE CLOSED FOR THE HOLIDAY. I am in pain i need my medicine i heads up would have been nice so I can see my other options."

"The pharmacy techs here are the worst! They are rude and are uninformed! I was told to call in regarding a prescription, when I called in I was told by a tech I don't know and don't have time! I asked to speak to the pharmacist and was transferred to yet another uninformed tech who hadn't a clue either. CVS do better this your customer service reeks!"
