"I find the staff to be helpful and courteous. The only problem is when I order a refill online of a controlled substance. The app reports that the refill will be ready by a certain time, and then when I check the app to see if it's ready for pick up, I see that it has disappeared as if I never placed the order. I've spoken to the pharmacist about this and he says it's because they are out of stock or that I ordered it too early (there are laws and regulations that prevent a pharmacy from dispensing a controlled substance too soon after the previous refill). My point is that the app is giving me inaccurate information but the pharmacist argues that there's no inaccuracy, it's just the way the app and website work. He tells me I need to call and ask to speak to the pharmacist to get accurate information, but disagrees that the previous information is inaccurate! Here's an example. Two days ago I ordered a refill of klonopin (a controlled substance) and the app reported it would be ready by noon the next day. I was nearby at 11:30 so I stopped to pick up a different prescription and asked about the klonopin. I was told they were out of stock and expected to have it tomorrow. Later that day I checked the app and instead of reporting that they were preparing my klonopin refill it had been completely removed as if I had never placed the order!"

"This pharmacy and staff is a joke. I went in today to pick up medication that was transferred from another pharmacy. The tech that checked me out was so rude, and with an attitude for no apparent reason. I’m sick with a lot of congestion and ear pressure. They shouldn’t act like we’re taking up their time, when we don’t want to even be there, but we want to feel better. She couldn’t hear me, so she decided to have an attitude. That’s something that can be said nicely, there’s no need for that. There was literally no line, and they couldn’t even input my information correctly over the phone, and in no moment did I get upset with them. Learn how to be more compassionate and empathetic towards customers. You never know what they’re going through. The pharmacy could care less about my review, it’s just to let people know not to waste their time coming to this pharmacy."

"The pharmacy has gotten progressively worse, everything from not having your prescription ready after 3days and they texted and said prescription was ready. Since I have been there still can’t simply get my name right and they blamed my doctor writing the prescription and the prescription is written correctly! I never leave comments or feedback but H‑E‑B Kingwood pharmacy you guys have a problem and it’s called “terrible customer care !” I will say there is one competent young lady who works there because when I deal with her it’s NEVER a problem I really wish I got her name because she is very good at her job and none of this is aimed towards her."

"If you want your medications delivered on time, this isn't the pharmacy for you. Filling prescriptions online and getting notices that the medication is ready, we arrive to find out they won't be ready until the following day. We go in the following day, and it won't be ready until the evening, or the next day. This has happened multiple times. Incredibly inept service for such a critical function. I feel we have been extremely patient, all of this considered (no Karen moments), yet not even one "sorry about that". No accountability = no improvement. Just avoid this pharmacy - it does not live up to H-E-B's quality of service."

"I have no clue how this pharmacy has any good reviews at all. I wanted to wait 6 months before writing a review for them. One of the worst pharmacies I have ever been to, here is the list of issues: 1- They always fill up the wrong quantity, for example they'll fill 10 tablets for 30 day supply, label would say quantity is 30 but when you open it it is not even a week worths of medicine and when you go back to tell them they charged us the full price but only filled 10 tablets they never accept the mistake and you end up taking the loss and doctor won't refill because pharmacy already filled the quantity, getting a simple prescription becomes such a battle because of their carelessness. This has happened multiple times. 2- You request a refill when medicine is due for a refill, but they'll always cancel and put the refill back so you have to play a game of requesting a refill for maybe 4-5 times in a day before they accept it. 3- Very rude and condescending staff, no manners at all and Idk what do they do all day because they are never able to fill a single prescription same day or even next day, they need at-least three days to fill any prescription. 4- They give a very short window to pickup any medicine before they put it back. 5- Multiple times when we have had a refill and requested one, they'll put it into getting ready status and then just cancel the prescription and then they mark the refill as 0. Now you have to go figure out getting the refill from doctor because of their negligence. Bottom line: Stay away and if your insurance accepts any other pharmacy at all then please use that."
