"My experience was not pleasant at all on the insurance side plus Drs. should ask first if I agree to the procedure at the optometrist because anything medical isn’t covered thru the visual exam. I ended up paying out of my pocket $135 which was set aside for my rent. Very disappointed."

"Was very happy with Drs attention to detail during my exam. I had alot of questions and he was very patient. He took his time and never seemed bothered by my extensive information on my prior issues. Had a great experience with the doctor and the young man during my intake. The front staff was very unfriendly. I don't expect a grand welcoming as a new patient but does it.really take that much to be friendly and smile. I literally felt I was dealing with lifeless mummies."

"Worst service I’ve ever received! Female receptionist was HORRIBLE to say the least! When I stood in the front window so sign in, she did not even acknowledge me. She kept looking down to her phone. I was helped by the male receptionist. No welcome, good afternoon or anything from both of them. Then when I was passed to the triage room, the MA was even worst. I sat in front of the machine & he didn’t even give me instructions. Only told me to put my chin on the device. I asked if they had verified my insurance already since nobody had made me aware of coverage, and he literally rolled his eyes at me & didn’t even stand up from chair & asked receptionist to come over, so I MYSELF had to ask receptionist if my insurance was covering eye exam. After about 3 minutes of waiting and having to hear the MA sigh & roll his eyes, receptionist advised me eye exam was covered with $10 copay. Triage began, and honestly what a joke of service! The MA was extremely condensing and arrogant. I understand my appt was after 5, but why the bad faces? I will NEVER go back to that place! Doctor was nice, but the rest of the staff is disgusting in their behavior & looked sloppy and dressed so unprofessional! It’s very sad because in my place of practice, we refer alot of patients to this office, but now experiencing first hand, I would hate for our patients experience this type of behavior."
