"Not very thrilled about this pharmacy.after more than a year of coming here all of a sudden they just refuse to fill my medications...and I even heard the pharmacist talking negative about me thinking she put me on hold.very disrespectful imagine how that makes anyone feel!What if it wasnt just you but a friend or relatives they are doing this too???Found a independent pharmacy that actually values you as a customer and doesn't pass judgement.it makes you wonder if you don't like your job then why would you be rude and unprofessional like this??"

"One of the new pharmacists denied my pain medication I've been taking for 10 years! I have 2 fused bones in my neck, no disk in between, 3 bulging discs and a herniated disc. That weekend was MISERABLE since I had no medication. I don't know how that is even legal. Never had ANY issues till she showed up. My doctor office called and she still refused to fill my medication. That experience was an absolute joke. I had to call to a different HEB pharmacy the next Monday and have someone pick it up for me cause I was in so much pain"

"Staff is incredibly patient and kind. I saw one associate help a customer understand something she was having trouble with. It took a while but never once did I see her get agitated. Then that same associate helped ME understand something I was having trouble understanding. Both times very kind and understanding. Never condescending or rude, despite the stressful situation I'm sure she was in. The entire team works hard and I sincerely hope that work is recognized and appreciated."

"We have tried big chain pharmacies closer to our house, and ultimately drive a bit farther to get great service. We recently called with an urgent need after back surgery. Initially, the pharmacist said it would be ready after 4. We explained our need and she made it all ready within an hour, plus shopped 2 items that we'd have had to go inside to get. I so wish we had the young lady's name to thank her directly. Her kindness sure made life a lot easier and will keep us making the drive. Thank you and keep up the great work!"
