"I have never spoke with a insurance company where everybody is rude EVERYBODY….. I haven’t even been with TFB a month yet and i cant wait to cancel. Everyone either has a bad attitude, talks to you like your stupid, gets mad if you ask to many questions or need information . I get better service at McDonalds, entering a class full of kindergartens even more respect from my dog than these women. Not even just the Decatur location. The whole damn customer service line! These women are to old not to know how to communicate and answer your questions without getting a attitude back in return or have some patience when being asked questions."

"Called for a quote and spoke to a lady who seemed confused that I was needing a homeowners quote. Instead of obliging my request, she awkwardly asks if I am a member and how I found the location. The TFB requires a phone call for a quote according to their website. After a long pause the lady seemed confused as to why I wanted a homeowners quote that she would get my information to give to an agent. After another long pause the first thing she asked for was my drivers license number. It seemed a bit shady so I politely told her I would shop elsewhere. As soon as I said that, she immediately hung up. Rude."
