"The staff was completely unpleasant, unhelpful. I arrived for my medicine and let the staff know that there was an issue and insurance could not be verified thru the automated system for 72 hours. I had already spoke to the insurance company and was told the pharmacy would just need to call and the coverage could be confirmed. The tech told me that she couldn't call and that I would just need to wait. I let her know that I had already spoke to the insurance company and that I didn't need to wait. All she had to do was call. A second tech came to the window to confirm that there was nothing they could do and I would just need to wait. I pulled out of line and called the insurance company back. They called into the pharmacy with me on the phone. They verified my ins and I left the pharmacy with my medicine after the one phone call. A call that the pharmacy staff should have made. They just didn't feel like it. The second tech that came to the window and told me there was nothing they could do...... had to come help me again at the window after my coverage was verified over the phone. You would think at a minimum she would apologize for the wait, misunderstanding, anything. There's no benefit for you to keep my medicine and you lose $600 in revenue. Lastly, a simple apology costs nothing, but can fix a lot. A shame."

"Awful customer service. Any time I call I get someone with a poor attitude. Multiple times I’ve been told that my son’s medication is out of stock or that his insurance doesn’t cover it (it’s covered at every other HEB pharmacy— generic & brand) But today takes the cake, I spoke to someone last Friday (10/6) and was told someone would order his medication and to call back on Tuesday. Well it is now (10/12) and apparently no one even ordered it. This is plain laziness, lying to customers about medications being in stock, lying about insurance coverage and now lying about ordering medications. All to avoid doing their job. Save your time, find a different pharmacy."

"This pharmacy has some employees that are straight up rude and disrespectful. Every now and then you will encounter a helpful employee but that is very rare. I went in to pick up some medication and when I told the pharmacist that I had a coupon for one of the medications and she catches an attitude and gives you a nasty look as well. Just because she’s pregnant doesn’t she has to be rude or disrespectful just because a customer doesn’t want a prescription or changes their mind or is trying to save money. This store and/or location has definitely changed since all they’re doing is hiring people with attitudes and teenagers as well as managers that are their phone texting instead providing great customer service like other stores I have been too. You don’t see that kind of service in Krogers. Things definitely have to change quick!!"

"My mom fills her meds here and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of patient care and counseling provided, especially towards the elderly. It was evident that the staff shows little concern for the well-being of their customers. My mom had to call me for counseling, as far as I know this isn’t the first time they let my parents leave with out speaking to them because they’re in such a hurry. Will definitely be contacting the state board about this! Pharmacist and techs need to reconsider their careers if they don’t truly care for peoples well being!"

"I'm new at this pharmacy but this is the second situation. Today long story short. My doctor sent all my new.perscriptions in and I was told they were filling the scripts and I would get it today by Racheal.@725 p.m I called after a friend called too check on the status of the driver,Maggie told my friend the driver left already with the medicines at 7:00 p.m. tonight. Someone failed me. I'm sick and all I wanted was my medicine and I'm sure I wasn't treated fairly b/c I called corp. On Maggie last month."
