"I wanted to give a positive review because I had to return a medication that was basically double sent by my doctor. The pharmacy really wasn't at fault but after some discussion they agreed to return it for me. They didn't have to but the pharmacist was understanding of my situation and went out of her way to provide a refund. I hope she sees this, thank you again ma'am."

"Their phones are so ghetto. When you call normal business hours, their phone directs you to a recording saying “you have reached a phone number where the mailbox hasn’t been set up yet”. And when it does work, nobody answers the phone. Horrible !!"

"Always always a problem here. They can never find my prescriptions even though the app says it’s ready. It’s like they have a bunch of dumb kids working here that can’t find your medication. So aggravating. They need to seriously get new employees that know how to look up a profile correctly and who can find medication. And then if you call they just place you on hold and don’t even say anything to you."

"There is always a problem with this pharmacy. They tell you it’ll be about 30 minutes before medication is ready. When returning, I’m told it’ll be another 30 minutes. This happen 3 times total for 1 medication that doesn’t even require counting it’s in a box. Long story short if you are expecting medication to be filled in a timely manner, do not even consider this pharmacy."
