"So i had medication sent there for covid on December 25 with promised to be delivered today. Ive been waiting all day and no medication! Then I call at 430 after the app said it was en route then they tell me that that my medication was going to be delivered! This is ridiculous! Im never using this pharmacy again. The lady however did resolve my issue and had my prescription sent to Walgreens and refunded my money. Overall im satisfied but upset because this now 2 days without my medication."

They respond to texts within minutes and are always available to talk. No waiting in long lines, long phone hold times to talk to a pharmacy rep., I could not be more pleased I made this change!"
"Selected them as my pharmacy for a virtual dr visit in the morning as it promised "same day free delivery". When I went to checkout, it gave me delivery times/dates for the following day. I can't wait over 24 hours for medication and not sure why they can't fulfill same-day if the order was placed in the morning. I went through a huge hassle to cancel the prescription and have it transferred to another pharmacy instead with same-day fulfillment and pickup. That being said, the user interface and ease of checkout was straightforward. Company needs to focus more on logistics of delivering the actual product, not just the customer experience."
"Excellent service. I accidently have the wrong address 10 miles away (my work not home), the driver called kindly asking where he should deliver the meds. I apologized profusely, and he was very understanding. I appreciate his professionalism and kindness. I hope Capsule recognizes him."
