"I've been patiently working with this Rx for the past year or more. I have one 90-day prescription, and without fail I can count on this location to not have the needed supply. It's utterly ridiculous. Good customer service involves anticipating the needs of your customers. You would think after a year of filling the same prescription they would know the amount needed, and order it in advance. Well think again. I will no longer patronize the Rx at this particular location. Customer service training is in order. Very disappointed."

"Terrible pharmacy. Never has my prescription. Doesn’t tell me when it comes in if it ever does. Ridiculous policy. If I order it. Fill it when it comes in. I shouldn’t have to call back and check all the time."

"The pharmacy closed early even though I’d prepaid for my prescriptions, used the app to say I was on the way, and said I arrived in the app at 5:50 when they are supposed to close at 6. The store manager even said they weren’t supposed to close till 6, but they had the metal blinds down and mike turned off when I got there, unable to get my medication in the middle of an allergic reaction, covered in hives. Don’t use this pharmacy if possible!!!"

"I made an appointment one week in advance for vaccines and when I showed up they told me I had to come back because I hadn't ordered the vaccines I had requested. They offered no refund or other benefit given it with their mistake. The pharmacist was unapologetic and rude"

"Showed up for a vaccine booster appointment. And found myself in an unsafe and disorganized environment. Pharmacy assistant was not wearing their mask properly and no regard for people waiting. Was rude and condescending. Another person had been waiting a little under an hour for a scheduled flue shot. After being in this this disorganized, chaotic, and unsafe environment I walked away and will try another location and hope for the best. Very disappointing and it is all just sad the inefficiency and lack of care for others for a vaccine booster appointment. Pharmacy assistant cited being vaccinated as not wearing mask properly. I wish them the best and hope they don't get a breakthrough infection, which is very possible. Walgreens has no business administering vaccine boosters with this disorganization and lack of respect for the global pandemic we are still in."
