"I frequent HEB Pharmacy alot. I just recently started a new medication. I was told to take it a certain way. Take it in the morning "Same at the time everyday". Unfortunately it didn't work that way for me. I called HEB Pharmacy I spoke with Pharmacist Monica. I voiced my issues and concerns with her , she listened as always. "Had a very bad experience yesterday when I went to pick up my prescription. I received a text from HEB PHARMACY,stating it was time to get my refill I type "y" for yes and when I arrived there was no order filled. The girl at the window stated that it would take an hour. I told her okay let's do it. I waited in the parking garage for half an hour and decided to try my luck. And luckily it was ready. The guy at the window has my sign for my order. Then Suddenly the manager was at the window yelling at my saying I treated her employee rudely and that my business was no longer excepted. My daughter who was with me and I were both totally lost as to why she was so mad and abruptly attacked me. I told her a peace of my mind and immediately called corporate. I feel like I was racially profound and I have never had issues with this or any location. The manager is a short haired Hispanic lady and pops off at the mouth without even calming addressing the issue to see if there was even even an issue. I don't appreciate how I was treated and I feel awful because due to her abrupt rude attitude I cussed at her. When we called to get corporates number she took the phone from tech and started going off again at my daughter."

"Was extremely disappointed to learn that all the newly designed 3 story HEBs DO NOT HAVE ANY MONEY CENTERS. . .courtesy booths....no not one.....we quickly turned around and exited the building.....so sad to know we may not ever visit here again like we normally do...wasted time gas and energy going to 2 other HEBs; the one on 10100 Beechnut and Beltway 8 scooters were out of commission or not enough to go around at 9 am....so we opted out of the third one as well on Bellaire and Hwy 6 for Walnart...smh they wrong for that on allll levels .... seriously....worstiest customer experience everrrrr.....ever...everrrrr:((((("
