"Dropped my car off damaged and a week later, I had my car back in excellent condition, and appreciated that the outside and inside was sparkling like new! It did take awhile to get in for an estimate, and to get the car in for the work but I was very satisfied with the communication from Charley and the car looked amazing when I got it back. "The staff was friendly and our estimator Dan was great. Body work seems to be great and so far happy with that. I do have a few complaints that should’ve been addressed by the body shop before the vehicle was returned to me. The inside was extremely dusty from sanding or something else. The dust was just left alone or ignored. Also on passenger side front and rear windows there was a lot of over-spray on the vehicle. Also some tape reside was left on the drivers side trim. that will not come off. I used this body shop when it was Redfield collision center and it was much better then. Based on this recent experience I would not return to Caliber Collision and would go to Sapaugh or somewhere else. I shouldn’t have to spend my time cleaning the inside of the vehicle from the body shop mess."
