"My husband and I would definitely recommend calling “On the Go Mobile“. Kevin, the owner really helped us when we were in the middle of nowhere Indiana recently. Our check engine light on our 2005 Mtn Aire motorhome came on when we were entering the interstate. We lost power to accelerate but the engine was still roughly idling. We pulled off to the side of the interstate, turned off the engine, my husband got out and checked the engine, not hot and everything seemed in place. Then we decided to try to start the engine…started with no problem and we continued onto our campsite which was 100 miles away. No problem until we were 10 miles from the campground and it did the exact same thing. We made it to our campsite after letting it sit for 5-10 min. We called Good Sam Road Side Assistance and they gave us “On the Go Mobile” number to call. Thank goodness they did. To make a longer story shorter. …We called “On the Go Mobile”. After many questions by Kevin, he accessed and gave us what was the most likely answer and gave his advice. …..something due to the gas valve, monitor. Kevin knew what he was talking about and gave us considerable important advice…..He also gave us the diagnostic codes it could be and for us to have a free diagnostic test done by Pep Boys…..if we didn’t know what the codes were to call him back and he’d tell us. The only reason we couldn’t have his personal service, this “good looking man” (who we have never seen)……..was in Western Missouri many hundreds of miles away. Kevin asked us to leave that comment when we asked if we pay him for the 45 min call. Ha! Ha! Without this kind, KNOWLEDGEABLE man we would have probably be stuck in some mechanic's shop that isn’t as honest and knowledgeable as Kevin. Thank you, thank you, Kevin. We made it home safe and sound!"

"My husband and I were just making an overnight at the Doolittle Acres Campground in Rolla MO. I decided to put the awnings out. Well needless to say, the front awning would not retract. We were suppose to move the next day. I called the office and the owner Floyd and a couple guys came right down to help. Floyd gave me Kevin's number at the On The Go Mobile Repair Service. Kevin walked my husband through to get the awning in. It took 4 men about 45 minutes to get it in. Kevin was on the other side of the state and could not get to us. He was awesome in helping us. He also followed up with us, to make sure we got it in. And to make sure the awning was not going to come out traveling. We had to zip tie it to the camper because it wasn't connecting.
