"I agree w Ron Rucker. Was in line and waited 25 minutes. Got to window at 12 noon and told not ready - my doctor faxed it at 10am. Came back to pick up at 3:30. It was ready but for only 30 days. All my scripts are always for 90 days. I have 15 or 16 prescriptions. Asked why not for 90 days and young girl couldn’t answer why. I called back and talked to someone who ‘said’ they were a pharmacist. All she wanted to do was argue and be condescending to me. I have had several problems in the past. Enough is enough. Complaints to pharmacy managers or store manager fall on deaf ears. CVS will be glad to get my Aetna business!!!!!"

"Today (Friday), received a text that said my prescription was ready around 1:30pm, went to the pharmacy after 4:00pm and had to wait almost an hour to get my medicine. I previously had good experience with reasonable wait time here but this time I was disappointed."

"Had a great and fast experience at Kroger pharmacy at W 43rd. I first called and asked if they could run my marketplace insurance to see if it would cover the flu shot. Initially the gentleman on the phone asked me to come to the pharmacy. I kindly asked if they could check over the phone before I drive all the way there just to find out they are not contracted with my insurance. He was helpful and created a profile for me and checked, it was free. I then went to the pharmacy where I was greeted almost immediately and assisted within 5 mins. The pharmacist who administered the shot was equally kind and quick. Amazing customer service."

"Went here because my pharmacy was closed due to the late time of day. Never coming back here! They said the medication should be ready within the hour. An hour goes by and they say that I have to wait another half hour. Finally when my medication, was ready, I only got 1 out of the 3 prescribed and they said that my insurance didn't cover the rest of my medication because it was over the counter. Why didn't they they just tell me that at the prescription drop off instead of making me waste practically two hours?!"

"I gave this pharmacy a pretty harsh review a few years ago, and I'm happy to say that things have taken a turn for the better. The pharmacy has a new manager who has made a really positive impact on the efficiency of this location. I now typically wait less than 5 minutes each time I pick up my medication. Drive thru pick-up is often on the slower side so I only pick up meds when I have to go get groceries. Overall I'm pleased with my experiences with them over the past several months."
