"I went there to take a rapid COVID test and the service was really good. I made an online appointment, showed in a drive through testing and I did it in about 10 minutes. The results were sent to my email about 90 minutes after that. Totally recommended."

"I was asking for a kind of blush. The attendant in makeup referred me to their Cosmetologist. He was very rude. He said if you dont know a brand ...I cannot help you and starred at me rudely. I told the attendant and she was sorry I talked to him. I will not come back to that store."

FMU PROPERTIES INC:

"15 MINUTES on the line AND I AM STILL ON HOLD, It is just like calling the social security administration. Fix it! and they hang on me, without even trying to take the call. Update, since nobody answered the phone on file I drove all the way from the international Airport to this location (the medicine was for somebody else that I was helping to get it). Once I arrived in the afternoon they said they had on file but that they hadn't refill it (precisely what I was trying to avoid-my time and their time taking care of me at the location). They need more personnel behind that counter, It seems to be that they are overwhelmingly with heavy load of work. They were very helpful and attentive but I spent another 15 minutes to be help over the counter and to be told they hadn't refill it because they had been very busy, they asked to come back in three hours which we did, guess what, it wasn't ready! Please, if people is sick and need the medicine, you have to be able to have it when you said you will. Also, please help this location to have enough staff to cover the volume of your work load!!"
