"This is one of the worst pharmacies in the city of Houston. I was told that their drive-thru is for pick-up only. So if I'm very ill I have to come into the store to drop off my prescription. I came to pick up my prescription and I gave them my insurance card. I was told that I had to come on inside to use my insurance card. I've never experienced anything like this before. This is terrible customer service. My husband and I both take daily medications. I will be transferring our prescriptions to their competitors. I'm also going to recommend to my friends to transfer their services elsewhere also."
