"Worse customer service always one person for check out they wait until the line is 6 people to get help need to hire more staff. I would go because is close by home, but not going after the horrible service I received from the manager. I wanted to return an item and I understood he could not do it because of the time frame but the way he handle it was rude (rolling his eyes) no customer service skills not professional and he could of done something to help like other walgreens but instead was unkind and just repeating the same thing over and over."

"Just now at 10:39am on Tuesday September 3, 2019, I bought a pack of 40 count mucinex and it was in one of those containers to protect it from thieves. I get home and start taking the stuff out of the bag to put it up and lo and behold, it's not only open, but, it was missing most of the contents as well (I wouldn't have kept it even if everything was in it). I knew heading back to the store that it seem weird since it was in a protective case but, just so happens, someone came in 15 minutes before me with the same issue. I didn't even have to use cash to buy it because I have one of those over the counter cards that rolls over and refreshes every month. With that being said, I have absolutely no reason to steal and besides, more importantly, I'm not that type of person. But, nonetheless, the manager, although he seemed a little confused (so was I), he was still understanding and didn't try to charge me as if I was trying to run game or something. He was cordial, calm and understanding and he exchanged my tampered package for a new one. I appreciate his understanding and the way he handled this situation. This Walgreens has gained a new customer. I stay about 10-15 minutes away with one about 5 minutes away from me, but, I will now give this particular store my business every chance I get. Edit: I was going to give it 4 stars simply because someone did manage to open that pack, steal most of the contents and put it back for an unsuspecting customer (me in this case) to buy it and have to go through this unnecessarily annoying extra trip, but, he could've easily said no and that I was just out of luck. But, he didn't. So that's worth the extra star."

"My go-to Walgreens in Southwest Houston. Clean, friendly, and well-stocked. A dependable 24-hour location with easy-access to Highway 59. The drive-thru pharmacy can be slow, but that seems pretty standard for any drive-thru pharmacy. Highly recommended."
