"I use the pharmacy at 7960 Gessner Street, Houston, Tx 77036. It is difficult to get a hold of a pharmacy to speak with them. I understand they are busy and possibly overstaff, but here is the issue. I go online to ask the doctor to refill her medication, then they tell us to speak with the pharmacy. I tried to renew the medication with your voice automation and then they decline it. It is impossible to speak with the pharmacy since this location is no longer accepting calls to speak with someone directly. I do not have time to drive to the pharmacy and wait in a long line to speak with a pharmacist directly. If this continues maybe it may be best to take my business to someone else."
