"I had been looking for a very specific medication for my 5 year old daughter for about a week. She has a very specific infection and this is the only medication for it. I talked to numerous pharmacies who just told me we don’t have it and can’t get it. This was the 17th pharmacy I had called that day alone and luckily Adriana answered the phone. I told her my situation, she listened attentively and said we don’t have it here but let me see what I can do for you. I will call you back! I didn’t have high hopes but she was the first one to say out of all the pharmacies I had called, to say let me try to help. Within 25 minutes she called me back and said I found it for you at another Walgreens location, I spoke to them, they have it pulled for you and it will be ready in about 2hrs! What?!? So you mean to tell me that’s all the other Walgreens pharmacies I talked to had to do? No one else cared! Adriana was the only one who cared and took the time to help me get the medication my daughter desperately needed! She basically saved my daughters life! Walgreens needs more Adriana’s especially in a field of this importance. She needs to be recognized for doing an amazing job and for truly caring about her customers especially in such a time of need. Something the other employees at Walgreens can learn more about. She needs to become a trainer and teach them how to treat and take care of customers. She is truly an asset to Walgreens and the customers who come across her. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. I am not just taking about a piece of paper Adriana needs a promotion and a raise!! I will always remember what she did for my daughter! Thank you Adriana!!!"
