Then when asked about it, they will have a nonchalant attitude about it. I've spoken with the male pharmacist about this before and NOTHING has changed! If you don't want to help people, please do not be in healthcare!"

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. I've called the pharmacy 6 times in the last 2 hours. No one picks up. I've called the customer service line, no answer. It rings, and rings, and rings.... and then the call ends. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever seen. Google says they're open, but for all intent and purposes, they're closed. Don't bother coming here if you need anything. Go to literally any other Walmart."

"HORRIBLE service. Had to transfer my medications, took two phone calls and long wait to speak to a "Mark" the so called "MANAGER" he couldn't even tell me how is it that they processed my meds and how is that they weren't able to obtain my insurance info 10 days ago but jst "TODAY" my insurance has contacted them with my new info. Yet I had to pay out of pocket for my meds having insurance and they can't reimburse me. SMH if the "MANAGER" doesn't know what his doing I can't expect the rest of the employees too."

"Very poor customer service here. The African-descent people that are supposed to "help" customers are no help at all. That goes for the pharmacist and the young man that is at the counter who boasts a poor attitude. There ALWAYS seems to be a delay, medication not available, doctor office prior authorizations are not sent and an overall lack of customer service. They make customers feel like they are doing us a favor and not their jobs."
