"very poor customer service at this pharmcy. asked a simple question for a fax number and she set the phone down to mock me with her cowokers thinking i couldn't hear. first of all there is a mute button and second no way a girl like that should be wokring at a pharmacy speaking like that to others."

"I even spelled out the name of my medicine and they still got it wrong. Then, susan who is a " licensed pharmacist " didn't even know what she was giving me but was pushing me to get it because that's what my dr. ordered? God knows to how many people they give the wrong prescription. So incompetent!"

"Horrible experience!! I had my daughters prescription sent to this pharmacy on Thursday, when I went to go pick it up I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes, after more than 30 minutes passed I went back to check on it and I was told by someone else that they had not started working on it and it was going to take an hour and if I could just go shop around, I told her no and that I would be back the next day she said ok and that it would be ready by noon. I returned Friday around 5:30pm the medicine was not ready and they started working on it while I waited just to give me enough for 3 days when the medicine is for 10 days but I was ok with that because I wasn't charged and they told me to pick up the rest on Monday. I go back Monday and I'm told that they don't have the medicine and if I can come back the following day at 2pm to pick it up, so now my child is missing a dose of her antibiotic. Come Tuesday at 6pm I call before I waste my time going all the way over there and i ask if the medicine is ready and again I'm told that it will be ready in 30 minutes! It's been such a frustrating experience!"

"Visited this annoying place today to get prescription that was transferred from CVS. The lady at the consultation window vowed in her heart to keep me at Walmart Pharmacy for over 65mins. After standing in front of her window for over 60mins, she asked me to join the line to collect the prescription. Manner-less and Unprofessional human being. I blame myself for coming to your store. That is how stores loose clientele. PS: She did not have a name badge, so I could not get her name. She had the nerve to ask me if I have questions for the pharmacist, I just gave her my side eye and walked out."
