"This cvs location is by far the worst location I have ever been to. I honestly wish I could give it a big, fat, ZERO STAR! It is unlikely that you will receive one kind person, a thank you, or a smile. I went to this location to pick up a prescription for my sick children. As I walked up to the counter as the lady in front of me was walking away, a young African American boy quickly and aggressively blurted, “We’re closed!” No further explanation or apology followed the rude and abrasive shout out. I’m not saying that him telling me that they were closed was an issue. I completely understand that. However, I do think that he could have addressed me in a much nicer manner. I’ll be honest though, this is not the first time that I have been treated like complete garbage at this location but I assure you that it will be the last! This type of customer service is just NOT okay!"

"Extremely poor and rude customer service by the manager! Yes the manager (Shomanic(?)). The one who is supposed to be the leader and set the example for her employees was rude. Long story short, after speaking with her about an exchange/return I politely asked for her name and she said Shomanic(?). I asked if she could spell it and her exact words were “No, I am not!” I then asked if she had a name tag (so I could see how to spell her name) and again her exact words were “we don’t have to wear one” with an attitude. So rude!! I was astonished this was coming from a manager. Her delivery is horrendous. Please do better, CVS! Good professional customer service goes a long way. On the other hand, the other employee, Miriam, was professional and polite."

"I’ve never had bad service till today. Went to pick up a prescription, was told it was not there but at another location and that all they had there were expired prescriptions. I had a message that it was ready at this location. Went home called the Dr to find out where exactly they called it in. Confirmed this location, called the pharmacy and it was there. I told the tech on the phone well the lady at the drive thru said it wasn’t and was extremely rude. I went back after I calmed down. I said thank you after receiving the prescription but this drive thru lady was sure about being rude and said nothing. Yet we teach children to say your welcome, bad influence on my little ones in the car. It took everything in me to keep my cool and drive on. I will be taking my business elsewhere. People like that don’t deserve my hard earned money. I find it interesting this location only has 8 reviews."

"I had a good experience getting my Shingles vaccination yesterday. The pharmacy staff was attentive and helpful. The pharmacist answered my questions and administered the Shingrix vaccine."
