"I felt it was deeply important to leave a review after seeing all the negative unnecessary reviews about the staff at this pharmacy. I have been going here for the past 6 years they are amazing with communication and have always helped me with all my scripts. Never have I ever had a problem with Jocelyn Victor, Robert Or Yorking. They have been nothing more than helpful, friendly, polite, professional and a complete pleasure. They have always been extremely professional they aren’t there to be “friends” but I consider this staff family as they make sure I have medicine that I need to be able to live a normal everyday life. I rely on Victor a lot as he is Brilliant and he always answer my questions. I appreciate you guys and everything you’ve done for me over the years. Thank you! Mrs V"

"The pharmacist Victor is rude and doesn’t want to help people. You’re in the wrong field then. Basically he called me a liar about my prescription being a workman’s comp claim even though I had a paper stating WC big as daywith restrictions stating take your meds. It was for ibuprofen. Hello, I can take 4 at the house to equal what was prescribed not like it was something special. Then he’s going to say the insurance company will deny it. How when I have claim number, group number, and BIN. If he didn’t already have the prescription, I would have gone somewhere else. No worries though, thanks to Victor I’ll pick up this prescription and then will NEVER use a Kroger pharmacy again. Shame Kroger pharmacy is fantastic in other states. Victor needs to take classes on customer service. Horrible service and employees."

"Undoubtedly the most rude staff and pharmacist I have met. Not to mention the prescriptions are never actually ready when they say they are even when you receive a text saying they are ready for pick up. Also my husband asked for a consult with the pharmacist to ask about some bug bites he got trimming trees. All he wanted was to know what is the best over the counter meds to use. The guy rolled his eyes and was so rude He acted like it was a bother to even walk 5 steps to the counter and then his reply was I am not a Doctor. Well of course you aren't buddy but a little sympathy and empathy towards someone obviously miserable asking your advice would be professional and kind but I guess that is too much to ask for these days. I have always highly regarded 529 Pharmacy but here lately their standards have fallen short . Considering driving a little further to get my meds from a real pharmacy with real professionals"

"They never have prescriptions ready when they say they will. Last week I was told my prescriptions would be ready at 4:30, I came to pick them up 2 HOURS LATER at 6:30 and had to wait another 45 minutes in the lobby until they were done. TODAY I called at 3:30 to ask when my prescriptions would be ready. Again, they told me 4:30. I told them what happened last time and asked if they would really be ready and they assured me that wouldn’t happen again. Sure enough, I pull into the drive through at 6:30, 2 hours after the time they said it would be ready, and they tell me it will be another hour. I ask if there’s any way I can get it sooner and tell them I was told 4:30, she says “no the doctor is busy giving shots”. I tell her about how the same thing happened to me last time and told them I was going to park and come inside and magically they had it ready for me when I came inside. I’m literally going to be driving to the Kroger 15 more minutes away from me from now on just to never come here again."

"Almost never has prescriptions in stock. Endless wait times at the drive-thru, one day I sat there for 10 MINUTES before anyone even said anything...no "I'll be right with you" or "Sorry for the wait time". Waited days for my RX, was told it would be there Monday, I call Monday, now the story changes to "maybe tomorrow". I'm switching back to Walgreens, this is ridiculous."
