"This location needs to improve their phone system. I have called 3 times each time on hold for 40 min and got disconnected. It kept saying I am the next caller. Seriously it takes you 40 plus min to attend a customer. What a waste…."

"Walgreen's, Your Fired Walgreens sent us a message telling me my script was ready for pickup. My wife went to pick up script. There were 7 cars ahead of her. When she finally got up to the window at 1:30 PM, an attendant told her the pharmacy is closed and she should return after 2. There were no more customers behind my wife, but the pharmacy refused to take 5 minutes to hand her the filled prescription and take our money. We will not be returning after 2, or ever. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SCRIPT BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY. I can tolerate their mistakes, because I always check my scripts, but not bad customer service."

"This Walgreens had always been our preferred pharmacy. The location was convenient and I haven’t had any problems but today a pharmacist went above and beyond today to help my daughter today. It was very much appreciated."

"I had been to two other pharmacies and made 4 phone calls trying to get an antibiotic for my sick toddler. It had been called into a pharmacy that was out of network and I needed it before the morning. The pharmacy I typically use told me to my face they would not fill it that same evening because they were too busy. And they were rude about it. I called on the way to this Walgreens and they took all of my info in a very quick and professional manner. When I arrived 10 minutes later they took my insurance card and had the prescription filled within a few minutes of me arriving. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. Will be moving all of my family’s prescriptions to this Walgreens from now on."
