"Went to pick up a prescription and the wait time was extremely long… ok fine. Once I got to the window I was told my prescriptions would need an hour to be filled. Someone returned for me hours later to pick it up and when received, they did not give her the entire prescription. She says they said 10-15 minutes, automated line said it won’t be ready until tomorrow, got on the line with a pharmacist who said give them an hour and omitted for the first time that my insurance would not cover it… this was not communicated the two previous visits. Wish they communicated better when people are depending on something so important. Update: this is the line on my third visit of the day."

"I took my passport pictures and printable in 4x6 size by myself. I was trying to get it with normal cost for 4x6 size ($0.40). The staff checked the picture which is against privacy and measured the size of picture. He said it is for the passport and should charge me $33. He asked me to still want to pay that and I said it should be normal 4x6 charge and he said no "professionally". I said I did not want it with $33 and he threw it away right away and said 'Have a great day' like "professionally". Very unpleasant and he was very kindly rude."

"Had a rapid test appointment this morning, and when I got to the drive through, they had nothing ready for me. They avted like they didn't even know I was coming. After 15 minutes of waiting for them to get everything together, they finally got me the swab. Now, five hours later, I still haven't received the results of a two-hour turnaround test. I called to check and make sure everything was okay; I was on hold for 7 minutes and when they picked up, they immediately hung up."

"Today, January 30, 2017, I have elected to take my business from this location. I have been a loyal customer there for almost two years, ever since I moved to the area. The pharmacist on duty today @ 12:00pm (male) was EXTREMELY unprofessional from the beginning. First of all, after numerous attempts to speak to someone in the pharmacy department, and unable to get through, due to hanging up on me 4x, I finally decided to call the store manager. A male got on the phone and took my issues over the pharmacy himself to try and fix. The male pharmacist then had me on speaker trying to address my needs. My issues at hand, were to update profile for insurance purposes and to check status on meds. The pharmacist implied I was a drug addict due to the Ibuprofen refill I was requesting, assuming I was attempting to fill Naproxen at the same time. He then stated in an offensive manner, that "when he has time to give me his undivided attention, because I am the only one that needs his attention, he would get back with me. " At which time, I advised him that he should never treat a patient/customer the way he spoke to me and I chose to withdraw my trust with him and take my profile to another location. There was no need for his behavior to me nor anyone else that comes in contact with him."
