"Update 2.17.24 No response from management regarding this horrible transaction. Maybe next week the USPS mail service will reach them. Thank you for responding; I left a message on your call-in line to be placed on line for a call back. Received no call. I have since sent letters to: Mr. Dan Tripoli Sr VP Retail Operations and Brian O'Donnell VP training and Karla Hock VP of Safety Attached with invoice and recommendations for each dept. I sent the letters to this address: Tire Choice Auto Centers Mr. Dan Tripoli Senior Vice President – Retail Operations 200 Holleder Parkway Rochester, MY 14615-3808 The good and the bad. First the good: While I don't usually shop on Sunday unless an emergency. My grandson blew a tire and needs to get to work on Monday. They stocked the 185/70/R14 tire and quoted me 49.00 tires for the tire. I thought this was a good price for a 40,000 mile rated tire. I brought the flat tire in with the wheel, no car was involved. Total price with tax was 54.49 Now the bad: Tire Install "Package included : Mounting Balance, Standard Valve Stem, TPMS inspection & Reset if applicable Alignment Check, Wheel Torque PLUS Lifetime Balancing Lifetime Rotation. $31.00 Dollars note that a valve was included in this $31.00 charge Additional Charge: $12.49 - TPMS Stem Kit This vehicle a 2001 Honda Civic base model does not have a TPMS system. Honda did not start using these until 2008. Total additional and charges I was not told about up front $43.48 or just over $5.00 of the entire tire price. Safety concern: They did not put on the invoice how much air was put into the tire. Invoice stated "Tire Pressure Spec: Not Available" It was available, no one asked. Car requires 30psi but some people would not notice this. Torque is 80ftlbs, but that is not applicable here as I did not bring the car in. Suggestions to make this right and to help future customers: Be upfront with your pricing so the customer have no surprises. Provide a clear "mounting fee only" without all of the "other" frills that will not be required. Refund me the $12.49 for an item that this car does not have. I am 70 years old and may look like "this guy probably knows nothing about cars" how sadly mistaken you were. US Navy Veteran, diesel mechanic and electrician in the service retired at a major trucking firm as the IT Director and facilities manager. I still do most of my own service. I did find another local company that posts prices and gives a veteram discount. Thank you Michael Kern"

"I went in because I have an engine leak. Since its there asked for oil change, brake light change and horn was damaged by shop when the ac was fixed, I asked them to look into it. Dropped off 0830, appointment 1030, called 1330 told oil changed, light changed, bubble in tire would you like a new one? Got replacement tire and asked if me hitting something also caused the leak. They didn't write up the leak and she would look into it but car was done. Told them I couldn't pick up until later and was told shop open until 1900. 1630 picked up car. I asked what was with the leak and was told it's a coolant issue but we were too busy to run the testing to find out why the problem. Also told this could be a big deal and should drop off the car another day for that free test. Most likely the problem wouldn't be something the shop could fix anyway. The engine leak was the whole reason I brought my car in and the shop was too busy to do work that was free? I would have waited to pick my car up if they would have given me the option."

"Had a great experience at this location today. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I ordered my tires and paid for the service through Amazon. There were a few issue’s on Amazon’s end when I arrived so I suggest everyone call ahead if you order the same way. I will be back for more business soon. Love my new tires."

"This shop has been awesome. I was going to go to the page location because is right by my house for an alignment but they don't have an alignment guy currently and they sent me to the Harvester location, I called and set an appointment with them I got there apparently after I set the appointment several people were let go, so I called this location. They got me in right away and was able to do the work. I've had other problems with shops being shady and I don't feel like I got ripped off by them. Trina and Celeb are great and the alignment Tech who's name I don't know were awesome. Thank you for the work you did for me. I've already sent a few people your way."
