"After waiting in line for 15 mins, I arrived at the window. I told the initial pharmacy tech that I’m picking up scripts for 3 people and provided the names / DOB. This is important because after 30 mins at the window, I only left with 1 script. There was an issue with my insurance not covering the brand name Synthroid. Apparently the script did not allow the generic substitute. The pharmacist said he could give me a 3 day supply while the insurance issue was fixed. Fine, I agreed to that as it had already been 15 mins. 5 mins later another pharmacist comes to the window asking me what dosage I needed. I’d already had this discussion with the previous pharmacist! Another 10 mins passes and another tech checks me out. She had two meds, one for me and one for my daughter. She stated I owed an amount for my daughters script. I told her that was incorrect as she has dual coverage. She called over another tech by the name of Tamisha. She was EXTREMELY RUDE. She argued with me about what type of insurance we had which was incorrect. At this point, now 45 mins spent in line and at the window, I am beyond frustrated. Tamisha hung up the phone while I was speaking, walked off, and THREW my daughters medication to the side. These actions were rude, unprofessional and uncalled for. Kristine who checked me out was nice and helpful, but Tamisha was horrible. I’ve been a longtime customer of CVS and do not appreciate being treated this way. I requested the pharmacy mangers information and was told she (Morgan) is on vacation. I called and spoke to the store manager, I believe her name was Rosalie. I would like someone cto reach out to me regarding this nightmare of an experience"

"The staff here is always friendly & will tell me when they know there is a coupon available for the medication I am picking up. Got my flu shot today & was in & out in less than 30 mins! Tim gave me my shot & I barely felt it. Easy Peasy!"

"Some of the staff here is extremely rude. I called at 10:30am to see if my prescription was ready, that my doctor sent over at 8:30am. She told me it would be about an hr and I could pick up after 11:30. I arrived at 11:58, she said it would be another 30min, and that it hasnt been an hr yet. Completely rude and unprofessional. A little kindness and common courtesy go a long way. If you dont like your job, or dealing with the public, find one where it limits that, Or keep your mouth closed. I hate that I have to get my medication from here due to my insurance. Long waits and extremely rude. Yuk."
