"I visited the pharmacy and was dispensed expired Paxlovid medication per the date on the box. Per the pharmacist, the maker of the medications states to extend the date. Why do we have expiration dates. If I attempted to bring something back to the store with an expired receipt, you would not accept it. So do not sell your customers' expired drugs based on what the manufacturer stated. Send it back to the manufacturer and tell them to fix the date. Then Walgreens, before you package, dispense an expired drug, call the customer and let them know. Give them the option before they pick up medications, not write a note on the bag. There are already not enough studies done using this medication to treat Covid. Since when do we in the health field get to draw a line through an expiration date and add our own."

"Unfortunately this is the closest pharmacy for me. I don’t know how this pharmacy is run, but it is terrible. I paid for my Rx online, after I get there, they’re asking me to pay again. I told her I paid online, took her a few minutes and then she’s asking what’s the code? Do you not have in your system that the customer paid online and ask for the code? Also, I called and they told me my Rx would be ready in 30 minutes. I get there 25 minutes later, stand in line for about 10 minutes, and finally when it’s my turn, they tell me it’s going to be another 10 minutes. The manager here needs to make their customer satisfaction one of their priorities. If this is how customers are being treated, I can’t imagine how the manager’s staff feels."

"The pharmacy will blindly fill prescriptions, not double check, then charge you for it. Then they will pass the blame and tell you, "sorry, there is nothing we can do". It is clear they do not care or care about doing their job to protect the customers."

"This location is so rude and disrespectful. They lie about medication being available. They close the windows in your face even if you’re online before closing hours. Do better!"

"I was racially profiled by the female pharmacist. She called me to ask me about my different doctors. Said she needed clarification even though she knew which doctor was refilling my meds. She then called that doctor to ask if they knew about another doctor prescription of that same medication. Even though she knew the medication was not prescribed at the same time or that I would have a surplus! Doc A prescribed 10 days on May 1st. I saw Doc B on May 26th who gave me 7 days. So I asked Doc A since his office was coordinating with me if I could get another refill until I saw Doc C, a new specialist who possibly could get to the root cause of my pain. Not able to see Doc C until June 23rd. Well this pharmacist implied that I was drug seeking!! Never asking me about Doc B at all.. Racially profiling! So now I'm in pain! She broke the trust that my doctor had for me by these false innuendo and speculation! She should be fired!!! And the manager NEVER called me back after I reported the pharmacist for hanging up in my face when I confronted her for tampering with the rapport I had with my doc! Don't use them! All people of color must be addicts, she must have assumed. And it was only a script for Tylenol #4!"
