"Called 3 times trying to get an error corrected with my prescription. I finally just came into the location to get it handled and had to stand my ground and tell them I wasn’t leaving until they physically looked at the prescription to make sure it was corrected. When it finally got fixed never even got an I’m sorry nothing they just didn’t care. Location has gone down hill trash everywhere in the store and they simply don’t care."

"I don't typically leave one star reviews, but do not go to the nurse practitioner here at the MinuteClinic. If you want someone who is patient and kind with your children, go elsewhere. I canceled my appointment after waiting in the waiting area for 20 minutes (got there early for the appointment) just because of her demeanor towards both of us."

"Pharmacist yelled at me for asking a simple question. How am I supposed to know about certain things? Rather than educating patients with compassion, they instead cut you off and yell. I get it that y'all are busy and won't answer your phones (unless you are a provider), but maybe please either hire more staff or start being nicer."

"I will never go to this pharmacy again! They are no help! CVS you need to inspect this one! 20 days I waited on Rx look my name up! They are judgmental and rude! I found my home CVS and it’s not this one! The store staff Rock! The pharmacy staff are a bunch of kids not knowing what medicine is coming or going or what needs to be ordered and the pharmacists are plane rude! Not your calling!! Bye, after years of being there!! Stress relieved!"
