"Decided to try Sam’s Club because they have a pickup option. At the 1st pickup the associate damaged the interior leather of my car loading items (the trunk was already full). Parent company, Walmart, denied the claim stating that I already left the store when the damage was discovered. Claim rep had the nerve to tell me to file a claim on my own insurance. Just a warning, if you use their pickup option, make sure you check your car before driving off. Then you want to give yourself another hour at the store to file a claim. Your claim will probably be denied at the end. Better off going to Costco."
"Extremely disappointed with the Bakery. I have ordered cakes from several Sam’s Clubs in the past and I have never had issues with the quality until this past Friday 01/05/24. The image was bumpy and the icing around it was uneven all around."
"Tire department is horrible. Come here multiple time for installation/rotation…. Every single time I come ,there are no worker. And waiting 30+ minutes before someone come. There one time I came for service and I have to come back another day because the guy said he here by him self and can’t do the installation. I always have the problem with tire department every single time I come."
"All electric carts are down!! Only 1 cart is working for the entire store. So you have to wait until someone is done shopping for you to shop. It's been about 25 minutes for me to get a cart. Had to send my daughter outside to help someone empty their electric cart so I could get it!!"
