"This was THE worst experience I've ever had, the pharmacist was RUDE I assumed he was just having a bad day so when I arrived I asked if he was the person who spoke with me earlier he confirmed. I then let him know that I felt that he provided bad customer service not sure if he was aware and he stated that he was aware but when busy they rush the customers. I asked was he ok with giving bad customer service and he said " it gets the job done " he didn't care at all that he provided bad customer service. He then stated that if I didn't like it he could transfer my prescription, knowing of course I didn't like the service hence me mentioning it to him. He said well let me know when you want to switch it. I tried walking away he continued to comment I told him that it was very unprofessional and if I responded to him in an aggressive manner then I would be considered in the wrong. I advised him that he needed to go back where he came from with that because it was unnecessary. He called me two minutes later to tell me that he was banning me because of me making a racist comment. Q.nyguyen should not been in this field."

"Worst customer service in the metroplex I have never been hung up on by a pharmacist after attempting to make him aware of the lack of professionalism of his staff on the phone. I was advised earlier today by the pharmacist that my doctor needed to approve my refill. Than I receive a message saying it’s out of stock. The doctors office completed it only for us to realize that there was already refills that I could have utilized but than I’m told it’s out of stock I was advised by his staff to go to two separate pharmacies because their pharmacy did not have my prescription in stock until Monday. I arrived to the first pharmacy to be told that they could not fill anything because my home pharmacy never took my prescription out of processing I contacted the pharmacy back to speak with one of his pharmacy technicians who was very rude and advised me to go to the other pharmacy which I did and once again it was never taken off processing. So a wasted trip once again I call back the pharmacy tech is rude once again and I ask for a manager after she got agitated because I asked How long will it take for my prescription to arrive If I just wait, I was told earlier it would be here tomorrow. she begins to get belligerent and stated no one said it would be here tomorrow. I informed her I was told that by her and the Automator’s system . I also told her every call we have had today she has been unprofessional and I asked her to speak with her supervisor when the supervisor gets on the phone who I now know to be pharmacist Q Nguyen he would not allow me to explain the circumstances and placed me on hold three times in the mid sentence without explanation , then began to try to speak over me and told me that if I didn’t stop talking he would hang up on me and asked me what was my question? I continue to try to inform him that I did not have a question. I was issuing a complaint on the pharmacy technician and her lack of customer service and professionalism. He tells me again if I’m gonna continue to talk he’s gonna hang up in my face, and he hangs up in my face. I called back and make him aware that I am too a HEALTHCARE medical Professional. I’m sure CVS and the medical board would not like how he conducted the phone call after expressing to him his lack of discernment and the unprofessionalism of his employee. He still hangs up in my face again. By this point I am in the CVS again for a second time that they sent me to request the 800 number to file a complaint and I receive a phone call back from pharmacist Nguyen who now finally gives me his name, and states he’s trying to help but by then it was too late. I am not sure why someone who claims to be a medical professional would not have a spirit of discernment in recognizing right from wrong, I will never patrone facility again. Further more we patron these companies because there is a need for our healths sake if they can’t work with the public or follow the policies and procedures of the work place they should not be there it’s obvious your team is only as good as your leadership so no wonder his staff co ducts them self in this manner"

"CVS inside Target on 360, in GP is so good. They waste no time. Service is always friendly. We have only been using them a short time but so far, we are very happy with them."

"I had an appointment for a vaccine at 6pm, and I showed up at 5:45 p.m and was out before 6p.m! The pharmacist that gave me my shot was very informative and got me in and out! Great location and pharmacist was super nice and helpful !"
