"Called the pharmacy to ask about a prescription I had sent here and the pharmacist was rude. Interrupted me while I was giving a brief summary of why I was calling to tell me that they couldn't get my prescription mailed in any faster. That's not why I was calling, which she would have known if she hadn't interrupted. I wanted to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy that already had it in stock, so I would need to call other pharmacies and ask if they had my medication, but I wasn't quite sure what the full name of the med was. Pharmacist would not give me the full name of the medication I had been prescribed when I asked, and said I would need to call my doctor to get it. I have seen the names of my medications many times when I followed the links provided on CVS pharmacy text notifications, so I asked how to access that prescription information without the text message link. She did not seem to be aware that CVS offered online information about patient prescriptions and insisted I needed to call my doctor to find out what I had been prescribed. Ridiculous."
