I had a very serious issue with my vehicle and he oversaw the entire process, helped to get me in a loaner vehicle while it was being worked on, and kept me updated the entire time. In addition, my vehicle was ready substantially sooner than quoted. So thankful and highly recommend him and Audi Peoria for service and vehicles."

"Took my Audi in due to a knocking noise, mechanics did an inspection & said there was nothing wrong with what I mentioned. Took it to another Audi for inspection & it was the rear differential. Now I have to pay $8,000 to repair my vehicle. Please omit the one star. Thanks a lot Audi Peoria!!!!"

"I hate to leave a bad review but I was just astounded by the customer service after buying my Audi from Michael. I bought my car in May of 2023 I drove from out of state to get exactly the car I wanted. It wasn’t until the papers were signed that I was informed they only had 1 set of keys for the car. Had to spend almost 1000 to get another set myself after returning home. I tried to set up the my Audi connect app that has a lot of nice features like locking and unlocking your car with your phone and it wouldn’t work. My local dealership said the selling dealership should have set that up before I left with the car. I called Michael to see if they could help with that because it was asking for my vehicle code and he didn’t have the code but said he would call corporate and get it. After waiting a few weeks and not hearing from him I called again and left a voicemail inquiring about it. Still didn’t get back to me; another month goes by and I finally get him on the phone he said he’s working on it. I wait another month or so and hear nothing from him. I can deal with problems if corporate wasn’t being timely with him but the lack of any type of follow up with me is just so unprofessional. I called after having the car 5 months and just asked to deal with someone else. That person put in a ticket with corporate and emailed me the info which was nice at least there was now some type of effort to keep me updated. A week goes by and no update I emailed inquiring and he replied a couple days later saying he’s still waiting for the code. I waited a couple more weeks then just frustrated and called Audi customer support and they helped me straighten it out within an hour."

"Worst experience I have had with a dealership. Had issues with new Audi three months after buying it, took me over two months to get someone to call me back. Finally found an issue with windshield but Audi didn’t want to cover the replacement, only to find the high pitched squeal was still present. (STILL SQUEALS a year later). Lastly, was told at purchase I had two free oil changes (note oil change is several hundred dollars) only to find out they won’t honor it. Had to swap to another dealer for service."
