"I have had issues with shipping of medicine to my residence for the 8 months. I have a prescription that was never delivered and then sent back to Long Prairie. I received a call mentioning the medicine was shipped back and they were going to re-ship Fedex. At this point signature was supposed to be required. Instead, they shipped without signature required. The shipment of course, did not make it. I called to speak with a manager, and they claim Fedex left the package at my back door. Unfortunately, I do not have a package from Long Prairie and when I spoke with the manager, she laughed at me when I mentioned that this package was supposed to be sent with signature. She said, “let me go back and listen to the recording”. That is unacceptable treatment of a customer who needs their medication. If a shipment fails, it should be standard process the next shipment requires signature, regardless of customer request of signature. Medication is an important item that cannot be left to chance."

"I have had such a great experience with this pharmacy. They worked with my insurance when Walgreens wanted to charge me $700+ for one of my prescriptions. Long Prairie called and dealt with my insurance without me having to get involved and I ended up only paying $75. They called to get my shipping and payment and even emailed me confirmation of delivery scheduled. If that isn't great service then I don't know what is."
