"Love this pharmacy. Love the people - from the techs to the pharmacists always kind and helpful. They will go out of their way to make sure you get and have what you needs. However, however - the hours just plain suck. 9am-6pm. That’s normal working hours. I work in Dallas. Getting there by 6 is a 1 in 10 chance if I leave right at 5pm. If I didn’t have flexible work hours, it would be impossible. The hours are a huge disservice to the pharmacy itself - literally turning away business from anyone with a job and to their customers who would dearly love to give them their business. They used to be open until 7 - that was doable, but picking up kids and scripts is impossible by 6pm for most folks that work a regular 8-5. I wish at least 2-3 days a week they’d adjust their schedule."

"I never thought I would find picking up prescriptions a pleasant experience... Previously, I was filling my Rx's at the pharmacy on the "corner of happy & healthy," & it's name rhymes with "Ballqueens." The people there were often grumpy and/or had a habit of ignoring customers while they performed seemingly pointless tasks in a passive aggressive way before they ask you for your full name, d.o.b., high school GPA, Mac or PC, blood type, favorite color, and so on because you have only been picking your prescriptions there every month for the past 14 years, they still do not know who the hell u are. It's not at all like that at Community Pharmacy. Most visits you usually do not have to wait but a few minutes, and the staff actually care. Believe me, just because the mega-pharmacy has a drive thru, it doesn't mean they are expedient or convenient. Try out Community Pharmacy three times. You will find going to pick up Rx's refreshingly pleasant too!"
