"If I could give this place a 0/5 I would. I will NEVER rent from here again. I will tell everyone to never rent from here! First, they didn’t even have the vehicle we rented. Then they tried telling us that they are charging us $450 for smoking in the vehicle when my husband and I have NEVER smoked. Better off spending a little more money to rent elsewhere!!!!! BEWARE!!"

"Picked up the car - dirty windows, dirty interior, and oil filter light. When I called it was hard to get a response. We were dropping off our own car for repairs so my husband didn’t really care too much about those details - when I called because I do she just said probably hung the key in the wrong place. Really the attitude was so what. If you like your car detailed between use don’t rent from Avis/Budget in Burlington, Iowa!"

"I had the best experience Saturday at this location. I showed up, unknowingly, after hours but since their light was still on, Linda was more than happy to help me. I feel she went over and beyond to provide me with the best Avis could offer. She was so patient with me while I got my information organized and she even asked me where I worked to see if I qualified for any discounts, which I did! She was even in the parking lot when I dropped off the vehicle and picked the keys up from me. I will always check out this location over others after my experience with Linda!"
