"Went yesterday afternoon and I asked for a shoe size girl that was there just walked by and ignored me. She comes back and said I was helping another customer you need to wait! I’m like you can tell me more politely instead of ignoring me and I would’ve understood! I said forget it I’m not buy anything here! She like “OK” She seems she hates her job and doesn’t have education/ customer service at all by swearing at a customer. She needs to get fired! I felt discriminated and planning to take this higher up."
"I went on 12/12 on a sunday. I asked for a shoe size and the lady took a while, the store was not even busy. There were only maybe 3 other people but they were jus lookin. When i asked the shoe size the lady asked me again what size after i was waitin 20mins.. I replied then waited 15 mins more. And she asked me again.As i waited i saw an outfit i wanted to buy but since i kept waiting too long i walked out. Didnt buy anything. They missed out on a $150 dolla purchase."
