"I scheduled a covid test for 11:40 am on their site. I arrived at 11:30 and finally got tested at 1:15 pm! Not sure what the reservation was for!!! Once I finally got to where I could talk to someone, everything went smoothly... Just wasn't warned that my appointment time didn't mean anything or that there could be a delay. Very frustrating and killed a morning's worth of plans."
