Walgreens Pharmacy

"I just left this Walgreens. I have never experienced such an unprofessional, apathetic employee. At checkout, when I emptied my buggy of 12 - 15 items on to the counter, he said “this register is messed up and I need to get you at the register over there”. He did not offer to help take my items. When he started ringing up the items, he asked if I wanted bags for my items. Really? I had 12 - 15 items! I requested a book of stamps before he finished ringing up. He said they needed to be a separate transaction. When I asked why, he said “they’re in the cash drawer which I can’t open until I do this transaction”. He was cavalier and uncaring. Basically, a real jerk. I won’t be back to this Walgreens. In fact, I think I’m now a CVS customer."

"I'm not really sure why this place takes appointments for COVID shots. This place is worse than any doctors office. We have been sitting here waiting for over an hour. Later appointments are showing up, so needless to say this is beginning to snowball. Really need to get one person dedicated to shots. Instead of just "squeezing" in between prescriptions."
