"My Doctor Called in My Prescription (2) Days Ago, I Received A Message That It Was In The Process, That Same Day, Yesterday I Called To See If It Was Ready, Since I Didn’t Receive My Usual Reminder When It’s Ready For Pickup, They Said It Would Be Ready After Their Lunch Break, I Went To Pick It Up Today And Asked Why I Didn’t Get A Reminder That It Was Ready ?And The Lady At The Drive Thru Window Checked System And Said She Had To Re-enrolled Me Back In The System, Why The Hell Was I Taken Out Of The Reminder Area Of The System ? I Have Be Dealing With This Pharmacy For Over (5) Years And This Happens."

She also talks down to the sweet girls that work with her!!! Someone seriously needs to FIRE this HAG!!!
